As an expression of confidence in the quality of the career programs at community colleges in Pennsylvania, the community colleges listed below offer their graduates a guarantee on their education. The institutions agree that a graduate of a career programs with an Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree who lacks entry level job skills may be provided additional course work by the degree granting institution without being charged tuition.

Presently, this is an issue that is undergoing additional study by the other community colleges.
