Seven Pennsylvania community colleges have been selected to participate in this phase of the ATD initiative and include:

The Pennsylvania Commission for Community Colleges has been selected as the lead organization in Pennsylvania. In this role, the Commission will facilitate the development and implementation of the colleges' statewide policy agenda and data collection projects.

The Commission also will guide communication regarding the statewide ATD objectives and policy issues with key policymakers.
