2007 PA College Campus Report - PA State Police
The Pennsylvania State Police Risk and Vulnerability Assessment Team conducted general assessments of college and university campus security across the Commonwealth. Officials of the assessed institutions, representatives of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, and chiefs of police from the 14 state universities provided input for this report.

Enrollment as measured by Full-Time Equivalent students (FTEs) has set a record high for the third consecutive academic year. The 132,440 total FTEs in 2009-10 represents an 8.4% increase from last year. All of the 2009-10 increase is in credit programs. Credit FTEs increased 11.5% from 2008-09 to nearly 119,000 – a 63.2% increase during this decade.
