PA State Police
The PA State Police Risk and Vulnerability Assessment Team conducted general assessments of college and university campus security across the Commonwealth. Officials of the assessed institutions, representatives of the PA State System of Higher Education, and chiefs of police from the 14 state universities provided input for this report.
